Saw a huge drop in callbacks after switching to a new creosote remover
I started using the 'Chimney-Clear Pro' chemical treatment on my regular cleanings about four months ago. Before that, I was getting at least two callbacks a month from customers saying their fireplaces were smoking again within a week. Since the switch, I've had zero callbacks from those treated chimneys. Has anyone else in the Chicago area seen results this solid with a specific product, or did I just get lucky?

Ever consider the drop in callbacks might just be the milder weather we've had? That stuff can make a difference in how a chimney drafts.

Wait, you're saying weather can change how a chimney works? That's wild. So @the_sam, a warm day could make smoke just sit there, but then a cold snap fixes it? Explains why my neighbor's place smelled like a campfire last Tuesday but was fine by Friday. Makes total sense now.
