Was dead set against using a shop vac for chimney cleaning... now I'm sold

I've always been a brush and rod guy, swore the vac was just a gimmick for rookies. Then last month I had a job at this old house in Salem with a massive buildup of creosote, and the customer was complaining about dust everywhere. I borrowed my buddy's vac setup on a whim, and honestly, it cut my cleanup time in half. Has anyone else switched and never looked back, or am I just late to the party?

Hold up you actually borrowed a vac from a buddy? That sounds like you must have been pretty desperate to try it out. Before you know it you'll be selling your brushes on Craigslist for pennies on the dollar.

Bet you didn't think about the water tank getting moldy if you don't dry it out right.
