A neighbor's comment about my gas grill changed my whole cookout setup
Last month at a block party in Portland, someone pointed out my propane grill was the biggest carbon emitter on the street, and I had no answer. I switched to a charcoal chimney starter and started composting the ash with my yard waste, plus I use a solar cover to heat water for cleaning. Has anyone else made a similar swap and noticed their energy bill or waste output shift in a real way?
