Switched from plastic to glass food containers for meal prep and it's not even close

I used to think glass was too heavy and breakable, but after 3 months of microwaving plastic that stained and warped, I caved. The glass containers I got from Target ($25 for a 10-pack) keep food fresh way longer and don't smell like last week's spaghetti. Has anyone else found glass just works better for climate stuff like cutting down on waste?

Started using glass about a year ago for the same reasons and it made a huge difference. The lack of stains alone convinced me to stick with it, my plastic containers always looked gross after a few uses. Plus they stack way better in the fridge without that weird chemical smell when you microwave them.

Not really, @stella_baker is right about the stain issue. Plastic always ends up looking like garbage after a few spaghetti leftovers. Glass is just easier to clean and doesn't hold onto old smells.
