Vent: solar rebate paperwork in Austin ate an entire Saturday
I went to file for the city rebate on my new panels and the process was worse than the install. Three different portals, two printed forms, and a notary for something that should be a 10 minute online form. Has anyone else had to fight this hard for a program that's supposed to encourage people?

Three portals and a notary? That's wild. I did mine in Round Rock last year and it was one online form plus a copy of my electric bill. Austin just loves making people jump through hoops for their own money.
