CSS grid finally clicked for me after I tried the '12 column layout' trick
Spent weeks hacking with flexbox for a homepage that never lined up, then I made a simple 12-column grid in two minutes and everything snapped right into place - has anyone else found one specific tip that just unlocked a whole concept for them?

Is a 12 column grid really that deep though? It's just columns.
