I spent $150 on a coding bootcamp video series that was just a mess
Last month, I bought a set of videos called 'CodeMaster Pro' that promised to take you from zero to job-ready in three months. It was a total waste. The first few lessons were okay, but then the teacher started jumping around topics way too fast. One minute we're doing basic loops, the next he's talking about database connections without explaining anything in between. The worst part was the code examples were full of mistakes, and the comment section was turned off so you couldn't even ask for help. I tried to stick with it for two weeks, but I just got more confused and had to start over with free stuff on YouTube. I feel like I threw that money straight in the trash. Has anyone found a good beginner course that actually builds up lessons step by step without costing a fortune?

That sounds so frustrating, especially the part with the wrong code examples. How did you even find that course in the first place? Was it through an ad, or did it have good reviews somewhere that turned out to be fake?

Used to think you had to pay for the good stuff... but man, free YouTube tutorials saved me when I tried learning Python. The ones that go slow and actually answer questions in the comments are gold.
