Just realized a 3-line comment in a Stack Overflow thread fixed my whole loop bug
I spent 2 hours tearing my hair out over a Python while loop that wouldn't break, then saw some rando mention adding a counter variable in a 2017 thread and it worked instantly. Has anyone else found a random old forum post that just clicked?

Wait, 2017? That's almost a decade old and still working. I guess some things on the internet are actually immortal.

Oh, you got that right. I had a laptop that was overheating like crazy a couple years back. Found a random Reddit post from 2015 that said to lift the back of the laptop with a pencil eraser under each corner for airflow. I laughed at first but it ACTUALLY dropped the temp by 10 degrees. Still works to this day, no joke.

Oh man, I've been there. It's always the tiniest thing from a forum post eight years ago that saves the day, right after you tried everything else. Feels like internet magic, honestly.
