Finally hit 500 different single origin beans tried since 2018

I keep a little notebook where I jot down every new bean I brew and last week I crossed 500. That number surprised me because I didn't think I'd had that many unique roasts from places like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Yemen. Most of them were from local roasters in Portland but some random bags I grabbed on trips. How many different origins do you guys think you've tried over the years?

That 500 number is wild, I bet most people don't track it that close. You said you keep a notebook, do you write down what you actually thought of each one or just the name?
