I used to just dump coffee grounds straight into the basket without measuring anything

Switched to weighing out exactly 18 grams per cup after I watched a video from a roaster in Portland and now I can't go back to guessing, has anyone else found that one little change totally wrecked their old routine for good?

Is your new scale battery-powered or solar?

Does it come with both options? I used to think solar scales were just gimmicky and not worth it, but I got one last year and honestly it changed my mind. The thing never dies, I never have to worry about batteries dying mid bake session or anything like that. Maybe it's just me but I find it way less annoying than constantly swapping out AAs.
