My temperature probe gave fake readings for a whole month, wasted 4 bags of beans
I kept pulling shots that tasted like battery acid and blamed my grinder, even recalibrated it twice. Turns out my cheap probe was off by 9 degrees the whole time and I only caught it by boiling water and checking with a candy thermometer. Anyone else had a tool quietly betray them like that?
