My worst dive day was a total mess. I was in Cozumel and my mask kept fogging up, my ears wouldn't equalize right, and I bailed on the whole dive after twenty minutes. But honestly that day taught me to double check my gear and take a decongestant before a flight. The best days are just a nice memory like you said, nothing to overthink.

Have you ever thought about just tossing a mask that fogs up all the time? @bennett.patricia that Cozumel trip sounds rough, I had a similar day in Roatan where my ears just wouldn't clear no matter what I tried. I ended up sitting on the boat feeling like an idiot while everyone else had a blast. Sometimes the worst days stick with you more than the perfect ones, just because they teach you something real.

...and I'm not sure it really matters that much honestly. I mean both dives happened, you learned something from each one, case closed. Worst dive day usually just means you got cold or your mask flooded a bunch of times, not exactly life changing stuff. Best dive day is just a good memory, cool. People act like every experience has to be some big lesson but sometimes a dive is just a dive.
