A coworker's all caps tickets finally clicked for me
He began using all caps for ticket notes after a particularly frustrating support call. I learned he has some hearing impairment and was aiming for clarity. Is this something other tech teams have run into, and how did you deal with it?

With hearing impairment, we found bold text worked better than caps.

We actually set up a team style guide for ticket notes... it covers stuff like using bold for key details instead of caps. That way everyone’s on the same page without making it a personal thing. It just made the whole process smoother for everyone.
