Ngl, I started checking driver updates before swapping hardware and it's a game changer.

Tbh, it really reduces repeat visits from clients.

Disagree with @gray6 here. Sometimes checking drivers first just eats up time for no gain. I've had clients where a driver update actually broke their sound or network connection, making things worse. If a graphics card is physically fried, no software fix will help, so you end up doing the swap anyway. It can drag out the repair and frustrate everyone involved. Honestly, skipping straight to hardware can be faster and more reliable in a lot of cases.
