Switched from air duster cans to a datavac blower last month

I used to go through those canned air duster things like crazy, like 2 or 3 a week at $8 a can. Got tired of them freezing up and not even blowing hard. Picked up a Datavac ED500 on Amazon for like $70. Its way louder and my coworkers complain but it blows everything out instantly. No more wasting money on cans or waiting for them to warm up. Anyone else make the switch or still using the old cans?

Wait is blowing dust out of your computer really that big of a deal? I see people on here acting like canned air is ruining their lives. You spent $70 on a loud vacuum just to skip spending $8 a week on a can? Sounds like you gotta wait a year just to break even on that thing. Plus now your coworkers are mad at you for the noise. Seems like the old cans work fine if you just let them sit for a minute before using them.

Just let them sit for a minute" - yeah that minute always turns into me shaking the can like a polaroid picture and still getting cold liquid all over my motherboard. @hayden466 I'm the guy who spent $70 on a loud vacuum because I got tired of frosting my fingers every time I cleaned my PC. Plus the smell of canned air makes me feel like I'm huffing at a party in 2003.

$70 is a lot upfront but @hayden466 you're not figuring in that I was going through 2 or 3 cans a week. That's like $24 a week, $96 a month. I broke even in under a month. Plus the air duster cans just don't blow as hard. The stuff builds up and you end up blowing it around instead of out. The Datavac actually moves the dust. And the noise thing isn't that bad once everyone gets used to it.
