That time I used compressed air to clean a server and ended up with a snowstorm in the datacenter
Cleaning out a dusty old Dell PowerEdge in a colo in Austin last week, I gave the fans a good blast with my air duster... turns out the can was almost empty and just sprayed freezing liquid everywhere. White frost coated the motherboard and RAM sticks in seconds, looked like a miniature blizzard. Had to yank the power and wait 20 minutes for everything to dry before I could even try booting it back up. Anyone else learn the hard way that a 1/4 full can of air acts more like a cryogenic flamethrower?

Did you not read the can's warning label before spraying?

Ugh, seriously who actually reads those tiny labels?
