The difference in my shop after we started using a proper ticketing system

Two years ago, we were still using a shared Google Doc and sticky notes to track repairs, which was a mess. We switched to RepairShopr in 2023 and the change is insane. We went from losing about 10% of our small jobs to forgetting to invoice, to having everything logged and billed. What other systems are you guys using that don't cost a fortune?

We use Jobber and it's been a game changer for us. What kind of work does your shop mostly do?

Our shop mostly does custom cabinetry and built-ins, which Jobber handles pretty well for scheduling.

So what's the actual monthly cost for RepairShopr?
