Just realized my morning stretches are actually paying off on the job
I used to ache all over after a day of finishing, but sticking to a quick stretch routine has helped a ton. My back feels way better, and I can work longer without pain. Any other finishers have tips for staying healthy on site?

Wait, your yoga teacher actually talks about months? Mine acts like you should be doing perfect handstands by week two. People want instant results, like those weird juice cleanses that make you faint. But she's right, I guess. Holding a pose for five more seconds this week does add up. Still sounds suspiciously patient for a fitness person.
