Tried a new edge mix on a 2000 sq ft garage floor in Cleveland

Figured I'd speed things up with a high-early mix and ended up with the concrete setting before I could even get a trowel on it. Cost me an extra 6 hours grinding down ridges and re-pouring a corner that blew out. Why do we keep chasing shortcuts that never actually save time?

Yeah, "why do we keep chasing shortcuts" hit home for me because I used to be all about faster mixes too, but that blew up in my face just like yours.
