I used to think chemtrails were just a joke... then I looked up who actually funds weather modification
Turns out the Air Force has a program called HAARP that spends $290 million a year on ionospheric research. I still don't buy the population control stuff, but the fact that they're legally allowed to seed clouds over Nevada changed my mind. Anyone else looked into the patent for weather as a weapon?

HAARP cost way less than that and is mostly for studying the northern lights, not making weather. The whole cloud seeding thing has been around since the 1940s and it's just spraying silver iodide into clouds to try and make rain, not some mind control weapon. That patent everyone freaks out about from 1996 was for a proposed space based mirror system that never even got built. Military funding research into the atmosphere is not the same as them having a secret weather weapon. If they could really control the weather, don't you think they would have ended the drought in California by now or stopped hurricanes from hitting Florida every year. The government can barely keep a website working, let alone pull off global mind control through clouds.

Did you catch that NOAA study a few years back where they found cloud seeding only increased rainfall by like 5-10% at best... not exactly world-changing stuff.
