My neighbor's kid asked me if birds are real while I was taking out the trash

He was dead serious, said he saw a video about drones. Has anyone else had a totally normal conversation suddenly go down that rabbit hole?

Saw a whole documentary about how the government would never make drones that poop on your car.

That's wild, but honestly birds are definitely real. You can watch them build nests and feed their babies in the spring. The idea that they're all government drones just doesn't hold up when you see how messy and random they actually are. My cat brings me "presents" that are very, very real. Some internet jokes go way too far and people start believing them.
