The chemtrail guy at the Flying J in Vegas actually made me check the sky
I stopped for fuel near the strip and this older fella pointed at the white lines behind a jet, said they were spraying stuff to test weather control. I laughed it off until I pulled up the pilot reports on my CB and saw two flights rerouted around the same patch of sky that day. Am I crazy for thinking there's something to the weather modification angle, or is that just coincidence?

Planes get rerouted around weather all the time, that's just how it works. Storms, turbulence, even just busy airspace can push flights off their normal path, and pilots file those reports for other pilots, not as proof of anything secret. Those white lines are ice crystals from the exhaust, they form when hot air hits cold air up there, and it's been happening since planes started flying high enough. A guy at a gas station telling you the sky is fake is about as solid as a truck stop fortune cookie.
