Spent 3 years doing deadlifts with terrible form...
Was at a gym in Denver last month and this older guy comes up to me mid-set. He says "your back is rounding like a cat" and I got defensive at first. Then he showed me a video of myself on his phone and I could actually see the problem clear as day. The next week I dropped my weight from 275 to 185 to fix the form and it felt completely different. How long did it take you to admit you were doing an exercise wrong?

Honestly, "takes guts" is an understatement. Dropping almost 100 pounds isn't just a diet, that's a whole lifestyle change. Ngl, I'm kind of shocked he pulled that off, that's unreal.
