Went to a new park in Springfield and saw something that felt off...
They put up a huge, fancy digital sign at the entrance that shows the park rules and a welcome message. It cost over $20,000 according to a plaque. The thing is, the bathrooms were closed for repairs and half the picnic tables were broken. It just seems like they got their priorities wrong, spending that cash on a screen nobody really looks at. Anyone else notice stuff like this in their town?

Classic case of putting lipstick on a pig. They want the shiny thing for the ribbon cutting, not the stuff people actually need. Priorities are all out of whack.

Yeah, that "spending that cash on a screen" thing is classic. You gotta call the parks department directly and ask for a supervisor. The regular phone line just gets you a form letter.
