My gravy turned into pudding on Thanksgiving and nobody said a word

Last Thursday I made turkey gravy for 11 people. Cornstarch slurry went in wrong, ended up thick and shiny like pudding. My aunt took a spoonful and just said 'interesting texture'. Nobody ate it after that. Has anyone else had a gravy disaster that somehow got ignored?

Ngl, is pudding gravy really that big of a deal when there's like three other sides on the table? Tbh, sounds like everyone just moved on and you're the only one still hung up on it.
