TIL that cheap nonstick pans actually cost me $60 over 6 months
I bought a 3-pack of those budget nonstick pans from the discount store last January. The coating started peeling on all of them by March, and I kept using them until last week when I found flakes in my scrambled eggs. That's $60 down the drain for pans that lasted maybe 2 months each. Has anyone else had luck with a mid-range brand that actually holds up?

Ryan, I had the same problem until I switched to a ceramic coated one from a brand called Hexcore. Picked it up on a whim and it's been going strong for about eight months now with no chips or cracks... barely any wear really.
