Tried to make homemade pasta and ended up with play-doh
I saw a video online and thought hey, how hard can it be? Three cups of flour and four eggs later I had this sticky blob that wouldn't roll out. It stuck so bad to the counter that I had to scrape it off with a spatula. Learned that you actually need to let the dough rest for 30 minutes before even touching it. Has anyone else had a pasta project turn into a science experiment?

Oh man, I did the same thing last year. Added an extra egg thinking it'd make it richer and ended up with a sticky mess that looked like play-doh mixed with glue. Left it on the counter for an hour out of frustration and came back to a decent dough somehow.

My cousin did the exact same thing and her cookies turned into weird flat puddles.
