Hit 500 color corrections this month and my wrist is screaming
I just counted my appointments for March and somehow did 500 color corrections, way more than I expected since I only work 4 days a week. Anyone else hit a weird milestone like that and realize you need to change how you hold your brush or take more breaks?

Gotta say, 500 in four days a week breaks my brain a little. Like, that's basically 30 a day if you're doing full days, and even if some are quick touch-ups, that's still a ton of repetitive motion. My wrist starts acting up after maybe 12 foils, so I can't even picture 500. You might be gripping your brush way tighter than you think, I caught myself doing that last month and had to switch to a thicker grip just to chill out.

500 in a month sounds like a lot but the real question is if you're actually in pain or just noticing it for the first time. Half those corrections probably took five minutes each with a break in between, so maybe your wrist is just tired, not broken.
