Saw a nail tech reuse a file at the shop on 5th in Columbus and I almost said something

I was getting a pedicure last Tuesday at a place on 5th Ave in Columbus and watched the tech next to me go from one client straight to the next without swapping her file or sanitizing the nippers. She just wiped them on a towel and kept going like nobody would notice. I know shops get slammed and time is tight but that is how you spread fungus and worse between people who trust you with their feet. I didn't say anything because it wasn't my chair but I've been thinking about it for a week. How do you all deal with this when you see it in someone else's shop, do you report it or just never go back?
