Serious question, how did I do 412 balayages before I finally admitted the truth about my pricing?
I was adding up my numbers from the books last week at my chair in Richmond and realized I have done 412 balayages in the last two years. Pulled up what I charged for the very first one versus what I charge now, and it was a 12 dollar difference. I have been so scared of losing clients that I basically let inflation eat my whole color service alive. What did it take for you guys to actually raise your color prices without feeling like you were robbing people?
