Serious question, why do so many stylists skip the patch test on new box dye clients?
Did a color correction in my Portland chair on Tuesday and the client mentioned her old stylist never patch tested her, which made me wonder how many reactions we'd all see if we actually took those 48 hours.

Get it, been there with clients who had no idea what a patch test even was, and it's scary to think about. You're not wrong to wonder, most of us get lazy when we're busy and just hope for the best.
