Why does nobody talk about how bad salon chairs are for your back?
After 8 hours at the chair in a busy Dallas salon last Saturday, I had to pop three ibuprofen just to drive home and I'm only 34.

Ain't it wild how we just accept terrible ergonomics everywhere?

Geez, my friend Maria who works at a salon in Plano told me she actually threw her back out bad last spring after a 10 hour shift. She said the chair they give you is basically a piece of plastic on a swivel with zero lumbar support. Ended up having to go to a chiropractor for three months just so she could stand up straight again.
