Almost dropped a load in downtown Austin last Tuesday

I was setting a 12-ton HVAC unit on a rooftop near 6th Street when my tagline snagged on a loose bolt. Has anyone else had a close call with poorly maintained rigging hardware?

Dang, that's a close one. I read a safety report last month that said tagline snags are actually one of the top causes of dropped loads on roofs. Always worth doing a quick walk-around check on every bolt before you start.
