Came up with a simple tagline system for load paperwork

After three weeks of messing with the standard forms at the Port of Savannah, I started color coding the top corner of each lift sheet based on weight class. Red for over 80 tons, blue for pick and carry, orange for anything needing tandem picks. It cut my pre-shift review time from 15 minutes down to about 4, and the site super asked me to show the other operators how I did it. Has anyone else tweaked their paperwork routine, or do you just stick with what the office gives you?
