My old foreman in Tampa said never trust the load chart past 80 percent, and he was dead right
I pushed a 40 ton pick to 92 percent capacity last month because the chart said it was fine, and the boom flexed enough that I felt it in the cab. Who else has gotten away with running close to the limit, or did it bite you like it almost bit me?

That flex in the cab tells you everything, back off at 80.
