Old hand at the union hall told me my tagline was too long, now I keep it under 10 feet
He said anything over that and you're just asking for a snag on a blind pick, especially in tight spots like we get downtown. Who else shortened their rigging after getting chewed out and saw their hookup time drop by half?

Gotta admit, my first tagline was long enough to lasso a bull from 50 yards. Shortened it down and stopped hooking every tree branch in sight.

Right? Feels like running around with a dang fishing lure on your bumper. Short and sweet is the way to go, saves you from tripping over your own words during intros. Did you find people actually remembered it better after the trim?
