Vent: that rail yard in Gary needs a total redo

I was on a job last Thursday outside Gary and the tracks were beat to hell, the crane kept fighting the grade on every move. The site super told me 'we've always done it this way' and I almost walked off the pad. Has anyone else had to push back on a yard that's just too rough for a safe lift?
