My GPS rerouted me through a construction zone and that’s when I learned to check my playlist first
I was driving through downtown Portland last Tuesday and my GPS sent me straight into a construction detour. I had my windows down and “Bohemian Rhapsody” came on, so I cranked it up to full volume. Next thing I know, a guy in a hard hat is waving me down and pointing at his ears because he couldn’t hear himself think. I had to pull over and apologize while the whole crew laughed. Has anyone else had a song totally backfire on them like that?

Hannah, you got it backwards. Blasting good music makes everyone's day better, including construction guys.

Yeah, the "song totally backfire" thing is real. I had my windows down blasting "Baby Got Back" while stuck in traffic by a school zone. A crossing guard came over and told me to either turn it down or roll up. Learned my lesson about checking what's queued up before I hit the gas.
