Worst week of my life ended with AC/DC blasting at a red light
Got fired Monday, car died Wednesday, found out my ex is engaged Friday. Cranked 'Back in Black' so loud my rearview mirror vibrated loose. What's your go-to for when everything falls apart?

Oh come on, you really think blasting angry breakup music is the way to handle this? That's just wallowing with extra steps. When I hit rock bottom I throw on some cheesy pop playlist and force myself to sing along until I feel ridiculous. It works way better than feeding the rage with AC/DC. You're just keeping yourself stuck in that angry place instead of letting yourself move forward. Try something stupid like Taylor Swift or early 2000s boy bands, seriously. The embarrassment of belting it out will snap you out of it faster than any guitar riff.
