The roommate who timed my showers and made a spreadsheet

I moved in with a guy who tracked how long I was in the bathroom every morning for 3 weeks, then printed out a chart showing my average was 18 minutes. He said it was 'for fairness' but the chart had color coded zones for acceptable shower length. Has anyone else had a roommate turn basic living into a full audit?
