Hit 60 password resets in 3 months and finally snapped

I work from home and my team uses this one portal that forces a password change every 30 days, so after 60 resets I finally just started using a pattern like Month2024! with the month name changing. That's probably worse than using the same password, huh? Anyone else got a better trick for dealing with corporate password policies that backfire?

60 resets in 3 months"? That math is wild. That's like a new password every day and a half, not every 30 days. I'd have snapped way sooner than that. I used to just write mine on a sticky note under my keyboard until they made us clean off our desks.

Wait a stickynote under the keyboard is actually genius, way better than the monitor where everyone can see. But 60 resets every 3 months sounds like IT has a vendetta against you or something.
