My account got drained because I clicked a fake login link - don't make my mistake

Last Tuesday I was rushing to check my bank balance during my break between lunch and dinner service at work. Typed in my credentials after clicking a link from what looked exactly like my credit union's notification email. Within 30 minutes, someone had transferred $340 out of my checking account to some sketchy cash app account. The bank caught it and reversed it (thank god), but the teller said these phishing attempts are getting really good - they even spoofed the sender address perfectly. Has anyone else seen these fake login pages that copy your specific bank's layout?

Good grief. These scammers are getting way too sophisticated for their own good.

MFA app would have stopped it @danielmason. That's the real fix.
