Saw a receptionist's sticky note solution at my dentist office last week

I was waiting for my appointment and noticed the receptionist had her passwords taped to the bottom of her keyboard. She said she switched to a password manager after getting phished last month but kept the sticky note for her main login out of habit. Anyone else notice small offices doing this and worry about their security?

My dentist still has the wifi password written on a whiteboard right next to the reception window, and it's definitely my pet peeve every time I see it. She told me once they "keep meaning to change it" but it's been the same password for three years now, which honestly makes me wonder what else they're not updating. I get that small offices run on chaos and habit, but when a sticky note has your admin login it feels like a time bomb waiting to go off.
