TIL my password manager was only protecting me from myself
I read on a security blog last week that over 60% of breaches come from reused passwords, so I finally checked mine and found I'd used the same one on 14 sites. The detail that flipped me was how fast bots test stolen credentials, like within minutes of a data dump going public. Anyone else run that audit and feel stupid about their own habits?
