Vent: Thought password managers were overhyped until my bank got hit

I laughed at my brother for using LastPass for years. Then in March my credit union in Portland had a breach that exposed login credentials for 12,000 accounts. I had the same password for everything, it was a nightmare changing all of them. Now I use Bitwarden and honestly feel dumb for waiting so long. Anyone else resist these things and then get burned?

My dad still uses the same password from 1998.
