Got stuck behind a parade turtle at the DMV this morning
I showed up to the DMV on Green Street at 8 AM thinking I'd beat the rush, but there was one lady at the counter who took 45 minutes just to renew her license and argue about the photo. She kept saying the flash gave her a shadow and made the clerk retake it like six times. How do you people actually get out of there in under an hour?

The DMV on Green Street is cursed... I swear that lady's still in there arguing about her shadow.

Man, I've noticed this same thing everywhere, not just the DMV. People get so hung up on one tiny detail they lose all sense of time and everyone else's patience. It's like they forget there's a whole line of folks waiting. I bet @vera_campbell is right, that lady's probably still there trying to get the lighting just right. At some point you gotta just accept the photo and move on with your life.
