Rant: Was skeptical about meal prep Sundays but now I'm a convert... mostly
For years I thought meal prepping was for fitness influencers and people with too much time. Then my buddy at the restaurant convinced me to try it for a week after I burned out on takeout. I prepped five lunches last Sunday for $45 total including containers, and damn if I didn't save like 3 hours of decision fatigue each day. Only problem is I got sick of chicken and rice by Wednesday, so do you guys actually eat the same thing every day or rotate recipes?

Hey, I gotta jump in here. You mentioned spending $45 on containers, but that's more of a one time cost. You'll reuse those containers next week, so your actual weekly cost is just the food, which makes the savings even better. You can skip buying new containers by washing what you already have.
