TIL my coffee shop loyalty app counts a free refill as a 'visit' and I missed my free drink by one order

Hit my 10th 'visit' at the Broad Street location this morning after 6 weeks of daily runs, but the barista said the app logged two refill days as visits because I stayed to work, so now I'm sitting here with a $4.75 drip coffee instead of my reward, has anyone else had their app games ruin a basic coffee ritual?

Stayed to work" got me too. My app counted a bathroom break as a visit once, so I feel your pain. At this point I'm just gonna start tipping in small bills and hope they pity me.
