Bought a bread maker for 80 bucks, used it once, now it's a cabinet relic
Last March I got this fancy Zojirushi bread machine on a whim from Target in Portland. I made one loaf, it came out dense like a brick, and I never touched it again. The thing is sitting in my pantry taking up space and I keep thinkin' what if I had just spent that 80 on store bread for a year instead? Anyone else got a kitchen gadget they regret way more than they should?

That Zojirushi makes the fluffiest loaves if you just follow the yeast temperature chart.
