Had a weird moment at the grocery store last Tuesday
I was walking down the snack aisle and saw this mom with two little kids. She was trying to read every single ingredient label on the granola bars. It took her almost 10 minutes to pick one box. Made me wonder what if we all just stopped trusting food companies entirely. Like what if every single package had to have a plain English explanation of what's actually in it. Has anyone else noticed how impossible it is to figure out what's healthy anymore?

Oh wow, did she end up just grabbing the same kind she always buys anyway?

Took her almost 10 minutes" - that's her problem for overthinking a granola bar. Honestly, ingredient labels are already required by law and they're not that hard to read if you just look at the first 3 things. Sugar, oats, oil. Done. If you want plain English, buy an apple.
